My background as a marketing account director and graphic designer has given me a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking.
Alongside more than 20 years of experience in these fields, I’ve followed my passion for creativity and personal development by becoming a Neurographica® Specialist. These combined experiences allow me to offer a unique mix of insight, creativity, and compassionate guidance.

By committing to at least four weekly (or bi-weekly) 2-hour sessions, you give yourself the space to move beyond surface-level exploration. With one-to-one coaching, you have a safe, confidential space to reflect, find clarity, and take practical steps towards your future.
