Through simple lines, shapes, and colour, thoughts and feelings are externalised onto paper, making it easier to observe patterns, release tension, and explore solutions. The drawing process engages both the conscious and subconscious mind, helping to calm mental noise and stimulate new insights. 

No artistic skill is required. 


The focus is not on creating a perfect picture, but on the process of drawing itself. This creative process encourages clarity, emotional balance, and the discovery of new ways of thinking and responding to life’s challenges.
