How to Ask Your Question

When asking your question, try to keep it open-ended. Tarot works best when we give it space to show possibilities and guidance, rather than limiting it to a simple yes or no.

It’s also best to avoid “Will” questions (like Will he call me? or Will I get the job?), as these can sometimes close off the deeper insight the cards want to offer and affect your and other's free will.

Instead, try asking in a way that invites clarity and perspective. For example:

• What should I know about XYZ right now?
• What do I need to hear today?
• How might XYZ affect me?
• What can I do to begin healing from XYZ?
• I have two options for XYZ—which one seems more aligned?
  

When you send your question, it helps to also share a little background story so I know the heart of what you’d like me to explore. Since this is a mini reading, the clearer your focus, the more helpful your reading will be.

If your question is about a relationship, please include your name (or initials) and date of birth, as well as the other person’s.

Example:

Question: What do I need to know about my current job situation?
Background: A colleague has been undermining my efforts on a new project, and it’s leaving me stressed and feeling like I’m always on the back foot.

Question: Is it worthwhile pursuing this connection?
Background: Joe (23 Jan 1989) and I (7 June 1991) have been texting for four months and have had two dates. It started well, but lately he’s been slow to reply and says he’s busy with work. I’ve been reaching out daily, but I’m unsure if I should continue.
