Winter is a quiet invitation to turn inward, slow down, set the noise aside, and reconnect with yourself through reflective NeuroArt experiences. All it takes is a few lines, shapes and coloured pencils. As you draw, your inner world begins to take form and becomes a map of everything you've discovered about yourself along the way.

"Her crown was never lost. Just waiting to be worn."
You don't have to be bold to be powerful. Strength shows up differently in every woman: in resilience, in softness, in the quiet way you keep going. This workshop creates space for all of it. Using a photo of yourself as starting point, you will explore and honour the fullness of who you are. Your contradictions, your depths, your light. A reminder that sovereignty doesn't look one way. It looks like you.
Shared materials are included, and refreshments can be pre-ordered and paid at the venue. Menu will be sent to registered participants.

"Everything she needs is already woven into her."
Sometimes life pulls us so far outward that we lose sight of what lives within us. This workshop is an invitation to turn inward, to reconnect with the strengths, gifts, and qualities that may have quietly faded into the background. Through an intentional drawing process that works with colour, layer, and form, you will begin to remember what you are capable of and clarify who you are choosing to become.

"She didn't wait for spring. She grew in the quiet of winter."
Winter is not a pause. It is preparation.
In this session, we explore the gifts you can offer yourself during the colder months — the rituals, the rest, the small and sacred acts of self-care that quietly fill you back up.
Through intentional drawing, you will discover what nourishment looks and feels like for you personally, creating a visual love letter to yourself as a guide for the season.
Shared materials are included, and refreshments can be pre-ordered and paid at the venue. Menu will be sent to registered participants.

The workshops are a dedicated space to slow down, turn inward, and spend meaningful time with yourself. This is not a "paint and sip" or art class. Guided through a simple drawing process and reflective questions, each session is less about the final art that you create, and more about what the process reveals for to you along the way. It is a creative experience that uses drawing as a vehicle for self-discovery and personal transformation.
No artistic experience required, no pressure to be "good" at this.
Come for one session or come for all of them, either way, there's a place for you here.
Spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come first-paid basis.
Online sessions available in August.
